ComputerTraining.com – Alumni

The success of any school can only truly be defined by the success of its students. From the first day students start class to final hours where students are assisted in searching for the perfect job, ComputerTraining.com provides the support and encouragement to allow them to succeed. More importantly, however, is the quality of the instruction>/a> received and the huge impact it has on landing a great job.

How can a school in which you can earn certification in as little as six months be better than a four year college? It would seem logical to assume that you'd learn more in a bachelor's program – but that isn't always the case, especially in the rapidly changing world of information technology. ComputerTraining.com alumnus Angela Weyant went to college and earned her bachelor's degree but soon found that rather than turning down employment offers, she struggled to find a job. Instead She found that although she had a bachelor's degree, she lacked the necessary work experience that employers required. She also had learned bits and pieces of several programming languages, but didn't know one inside and out as was often required for the jobs that interested her.

Angela turned to ComputerTraining.com for help. As she passed her first test, she started to get her confidence back. To ensure her time at ComputerTraining.com was a success, the Career Services Department at ComputerTraining.com assisted her in preparing for job interviews. Once she got actual interviews, she was surprised at how much she had learned from ComputerTraining.com. She was now able to meet prospective employers' needs. She landed a job as a support technician with extensive room for advancement.

There are lots of stories like Angela's. One thing they have in common though, is the appreciation for the high level of instruction they received as well as the confidence they gained. Some, like Angela were degree holders from other colleges. Others were self-taught computer-lovers. All however, received quality education and the boost they needed for success in the ever-changing, competitive world of computers.
